The Steadings

Client: HarperCrewe

Scope: Manufacture and supply of timber windows and doors

Location: Cirencester, Gloucestershire

Project Overview

For The Steadings development in Cirencester, we supplied a high volume of timber windows and doors, manufactured to complement the traditional Cotswold stone architecture while meeting modern performance standards.

The Steadings is designed to create a sustainable new neighbourhood inspired by traditional Cotswold architecture, combining classic stone façades with modern efficiency. The development includes a mix of 1–5 bedroom homes, built to high environmental specifications featuring air-source heat pumps, wastewater heat recovery systems, EV charging points, and enhanced insulation and airtightness.

Our timber windows and doors were precision-engineered for durability, energy efficiency, and visual consistency, ensuring a cohesive appearance throughout the first phase of the development. All products were manufactured in full accordance with current building regulations relating to external timber windows and doors, meeting standards for thermal performance, security, and safety.

This project demonstrates our ability to deliver large-scale joinery packages, supplying substantial quantities of high-quality timber windows and doors that combine traditional craftsmanship with the reliability and precision of modern manufacturing.
